Case Study – Blueberry
Based on a private road in Harrow, north-west London, this residential building was situated in a conservation area and sited on green belt territory. Occupied by a couple and their children, they required additional space at ground floor to create an open-plan lounge area, plus internal alterations.
The dual combination of conservation area status and green belt territory made planning consent a challenge, but planning approval was achieved at the first attempt, with construction following soon after.
