Winchmore Hill

Winchmore Hill is an ongoing project involving the meticulous refurbishment and expansion of a detached property from the late 1970s in Enfield, London. With careful attention to detail, we have not only obtained the necessary planning permission for a spacious ground floor rear extension, measuring an impressive 4.5 metres into the garden, but we have also progressed to the technical design stage. Construction is scheduled to commence in the summer of 2023, allowing for a harmonious integration of modern elements with the existing structure.
