Our Approach
We offer a flexible approach to the scope of our appointment and the respective fees. We arrange our services as a four-part process which includes:
01-02 Feasibility & Concept Design,
03 Developed Design & Planning,

01-02 Consultation, Feasibility & Concept Design
- We create a project brief which entails details about how to maximize your buildings’ potential, highlighting the feasiblity of what is achievable.
- We will detail our initial thoughts in regards to the project and the optimal way to move forward.
- If the project is complex, this can form part of a pre-planning discussion with the local authority
03 Developed Design & Planning
- The project kicks off with developed design aligned with the brief, including technical design, and structural engineering. Depending on the intent, we can also developed alternative proposals to provide a choice between high-quality design and cost savings.
- We can also visualise the new proposal in 3D to understand what will be achieved before construction begins.
- We curate the proposals and liaise with local authorities to achieve the best outcome before, during and after the planning outcome.
04 Technical Design & Tender
- We collate, refine and administer the necessary detail design documentation, which includes defining the building setting out, construction detailing, building regulation documentation, lighting, finishes and other design matters to enable tender returns, and fast enablement to construction.
- We advise on suitable contractors for the project based on their experience, costing and timeframe to completion.
05 Onsite & Contract Administration
- We administer the terms of the building contract
- We handle contractor queries and snagging items
- We conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control of construction and to ensure the build runs smoothly.
- We maintain a project programme and managing quality and financial claims. This also ensures that our vision for the build is maintained and to provide peace of mind to our clients.
