We provide architectural services across all London boroughs and further, and our services are provided based on the RIBA Plan of Work, which is the golden standard for delivering architectural requirements.
We offer a flexible approach to the scope of our appointment and the respective fees. We set the works of services as a four-part process which includes Feasibility & Concept Design, Developed Design & Planning, Technical Design & Tender and Onsite & Contract Administration.

01-02 Consultation, Feasibility & Concept Design
We will liaise and consult with you to understand how to maximise potential – whether that is a complex infill site, a dilapidated property in need of refurbishment, a listed building, a conservation area and so on. Our specialism is the background knowledge we have stretching back several years which allows us to capitalise where others may not.
We can offer initial insight into what is achievable or not. This may prove useful for preliminary discussion with local authorities. This also acts as a test bed to try out different ideas that we have in mind.
03 Developed Design & Planning
In accordance with the brief and the first concepts, we’ll develop a design that best aligns with both our and your vision. We’ll also develop the technical design to form part of a dialogue to with the wider design team, including structural engineers and M+E engineers.
We are specialists in CGI production, which allows you to view your project in 3D even before a brick is laid. With our imagery, we can explore the impact of lighting, layouts, materials, and final finishes. We use the fastest, innovative technology to develop 3D models that give a better insight into our proposals.
We’ll design and curate everything discussed towards a developed proposal, and later liaising with the necessary Local Authorities to achieve a satisfactory outcome. This can either be pre-planning, or a full planning application, including for conservation areas, or green belt land. We also have planning consultants on hand to provide expert third-party advice.
04 Technical Design & Tender
We collate detail documentation – defining the building setting out, construction detailing, building regulation documentation, lighting, finishes and other design matters – to enable tenders – advising on suitable contractors for the project based on their experience and costing.
05 Onsite & Contract Administration
Our onsite & contract administration services include administering the terms of the building contract, responding to contractor queries, conduct regular site visits to monitor construction and to ensure the build runs smoothly, maintaining a project programme and managing quality and financial claims. This also ensures that our vision for the build is maintained and to provide peace of mind to our clients.
