01-02 Consultation, Feasibility & Concept Design
We will work closely with you to understand how to maximize your buildings’ potential, and how to make the most of complex infill sites, run-down buildings in need of repair, historically significant buildings, protected areas and so on. Our expertise is based on years of experience. We can offer initial insights on what is feasible or not. This can be useful for early discussions with local authorities and to test out our different ideas.
03 Developed Design & Planning
We will develop a design aligned with the brief and your vision, including technical design for dialogue with our wider team which includes structural engineers. Our expertise in virtual reality allows for 3D visualization of the end product before construction begins. We curate proposals and liaise with local authorities to achieve the best outcome.
04 Technical Design & Tender
We collate detail documentation – defining the building setting out, construction detailing, building regulation documentation, lighting, finishes and other design matters to enable tender returns. We advise on suitable contractors for the project based on their experience, costing and timeframe to completion.
05 Onsite & Contract Administration
Our onsite & contract administration services include administering the terms of the building contract, responding to contractor queries, conducting regular site visits to monitor construction and to ensure the build runs smoothly. We maintain a project programme and managing quality and financial claims. This also ensures that our vision for the build is maintained and to provide peace of mind to our clients.
